so, i have that animated gif program, but im not too familiar with it.

i found this animted gif on another forum, and the user was using it as an avatar:

as you can see, the boarder's boardname is Mugen-X. I would like to wipe that from the gif, and either leave it blank or possibly add my own.

think it should be fairly easy to do? recommend any programs?
